Why We Chose to Invest in Land
Mark Twain once said, “Buy Land, they’re not making it anymore”. We agree 100%. Finding land, especially good land, is becoming more difficult over time while the value only increases. Living in a time of scarcity, it can be reassuring to invest in something concrete. The great thing about land is that the options are endless, you can develop it, you can leave it raw, or you can build the home of your dreams! We believe whatever you choose, land is a solid investment.
Who We Help
We have a variety of clients that we have helped in the past. We specialize in buying raw property to develop into home building sites, commercial businesses, and or vacation rental sites. We are well versed in assisting individuals who may not qualify for traditional loans because of self-employment or other life circumstances. Thankfully, we do not have to follow the same stipulations as banks, especially on vacant land, so we can offer trustworthy and reasonable owner financing that makes land ownership a reality for everyone.

At Hopson Investments LLC you get 25+ years of building and investment property knowledge from a variety of investment types ranging from new builds, raw land deals, to rental ownership and management. While we started out as rental property owners, our true passion is helping others invest in land, as we believe land ownership should be accessible to all. We have the years of experience to confidently guide you through the land buying process.
